OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2007. BUILDING magazine has created rating of the best mortgage programs of domestic banks. This rating includes 12 most attractive programs on housing crediting in the primary market of Kyiv, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

Mortgage programs in UAH were evaluated from 1 to 5 points on the following criteria: effective interest rate, the maximum term of loan, the maximum amount of loan, the amount of first payment, the terms of early repayment and the number of real estate developing companies, in which one can buy an apartment with the help of the loan.

According to all the parameters Ukrsotsbank, the version of the magazine, entered the TOP-3 Banks-leaders.
