OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2007. Logging and Timber Rafting Department (Ilim Group) has closed navigation. According to the company press service,  over the 2007 navigation period, the company has loaded on shore 1 mln 544 thousand cu metres of wood.

After the navigation had been closed, three more rafts carrying raw wood entered the industrial water-transport area. Nowever, LTRD management decided to leave the wood in water till spring. A total of 125 cu metres of wood will remain in the water for the winter period.
