OREANDA-NEWS. December 6, 2007. Promingrupp has launched the construction of two housing estates and a sports and office complex at the cost of $100 million in northeast Moscow, Construction World web-site reports. According to the group’s message, the project will be realized by means of internal funds and loan proceeds.

The project called The Collection of Welfare Brands contains two 18-storey tower-base buildings with a recreation complex and a 2-level underground parking garage for 356 car spaces as well as a 23-storey individual house with an underground parking lot and a family oriented centre and a fitness complex with offices and parking places.

Promingrupp group of companies has worked in the construction market of Russia since 2000. The main fields of its activity are financing, building and selling objects in Moscow, the Moscow Region, Kaliningrad and Sochi.
