OREANDA-NEWS. December 6, 2007. At the end of November a supervisory audit for conformity of environmental management system (EMS) to requirements of International Standard ISO 14001 (revision of 2004) and to requirements of Standard GOST Р ИСО 14001-98 was carried out in divisions of the head office of PJSC Stroytransgaz and at the construction site of South-West Heat Power Plant in Saint Petersburg (affiliated branch of PJSC Stroytransgaz). 

Auditors of Moody International Certification Group in general positively appreciated EMS of PJSC  Stroytransgaz. In the audit report to a certification center it was recommended to extend the term of PJSC Stroytransgaz Certificate (No 41 019 dated February, 2006) for 2008.

A special point was made of existence of operative system of management structure that enables to carry out organization and control of environmental protection activities not only in divisions of the head office, but also in the sites of the projects constructed by PJSC Stroytransgaz.  

Twelve specialists of PJSC Stroytransgaz completed their training in qualifications of "ISO 14 000 Top specialist" of international level.  After approval of examination results in Great Britain, where the head office of the training organization is located the students will receive international type certificates, accredited in IRCA (Great Britain).
