OREANDA-NEWS. December 04, 2007. On December 12, 2007 the VIII Moscow International Banking Forum organized by the Association of Russian Banks “Russian Banks in the Area of International Cooperation. Expected Future Development of Moscow as an International Financial Center” will be held in Marriott Tverskaya Hotel, Moscow, reported the press-centre of Russian Bank for Development.
 
The Forum’s agenda includes such issues as Russian banks’ entering the international capital markets, correspondent cooperation with foreign banks, Russia’s joining the WTO, international SME loan support best practice as well as a number of other issues of functioning of the Russian banking system with regard to the international cooperation.
 
Being the general sponsor RBD within the framework of the forum will organize a special session, dedicated to detailed examination of SME loam support.
 
It is expected that representatives from Bank of Russia, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the State Duma, the Association of Russian Banks, KfW, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as well as a number of major federal and regional banks will participate in the forum.
