OREANDA-NEWS. December 5, 2007. Sevmash has once more confirmed its high quality of products. All products displayed in federal program "Top 100 products of Russia" have gotten diplomas, the company press center reported.

A solemn meeting devoted to the World Day of Quality and European week of quality was held in Arkhangelsk center of standardization, metrology and certification, after which the results of the 10th World Contest of "Top 100 products of Russia" were summed up.

Sevmash has been taking part in this contest since 1999. The last two years not only consumer goods are presented, but also products for technical purpose. This time it is awarded with Gold diploma of Laureate for mastering serial production of TUK-108 (transport-packing container for storing waste nuclear fuel of nuclear submarines). TUK-120 (transport-packing container for storing waste nuclear fuel of nuclear ice-breakers), as well as five types of crystal products: vases “Ldinka”, “Uzor” and tray, as well as souvenir collection of eggs with decorative painting "Ships Of Peter the Great" and big crystal horn are awarded with Silver Diploma "Top 100 products of Russia".

Sevmash Director General Nikolay Kalistratov got honorable order "For achievements in the field of quality". One more award – honorable sign "Otlichnik Kachestva" (for the best quality) was brought by leading specialist on project management, head of group in Division No.3 Vladimir Murashov. As a result of contest program several declarations are signed, according to which Sevmash takes voluntary obligations to ensure quality performance stability and maintain achieved high level of products consumer parameters. Besides enterprise can use logo "Top 100 products of Russia" on its products.
