The experts of “SAMT-Fund” and “SATR-Fund” acquainted the participants of the seminar with the primary changes in the Rules of certification of automotive vehicles and trailers which will be imposed in 2008. KAMAZ experts informed their guests about the course of modernization and the terms of transfer of KAMAZ vehicles and chassis to Euro-3 engines. The representatives of the foreign KAMAZ partners who supply it with automobile components made speeches too. They came to agreement about the issues and terms of establishing special equipment on the chassis of trucks.

The result of the seminar is that the Russian automobile producers are ready to switch over to the Euro-3 international environmental standards concerning automotive equipment produced in Russia and imported into this country since January 2008.
