OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2007. AB Mazeikiu Nafta, legal entity code: 1664 51720, with its registered office at Juodeikiai, LT-89467 Mazeikiai district, the Republic of Lithuania, and its data administered by the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, VAT payer code LT664517219 (hereinafter – AB Mazeikiu Nafta), announced that on November 12, 2007, Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen S.A., acting jointly with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, completed the procedure of squeeze-out of AB Mazeikiu Nafta shares. AB Mazeikiu Nafta is owned by two shareholders only, i.e. Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen S.A. and the Republic of Lithuania represented by the Ministry of Economy. Based on the 29 November 2007 decision of the Lithuanian Securities Commission AB Mazeikiu Nafta is not considered as an issuer under the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Securities, reported the press-centre of AB Mazeikiu Nafta.
