OREANDA-NEWS. December 5, 2007. Nestle Rossiya, Russia's top food and beverage company, acquired Ruzskaya Confectionery Factory (RKF), the INTERPACK press service reported. With its Comilfo and Ruzanna brands, RKF is a leading Russian premium chocolate manufacturer. The company brought in $51 million in sales in 2006 and expects a 40% growth rate for organics in 2007. Upon the completion of the sale, approximately 1,000 RKF employees will join Nestle Rossiya. Financial details were not disclosed.
