Yanukovych and Zubkov Discuss Issues of Economic Cooperation
OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2007. Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych held telephone conversation with the Head of Government of the Russian Federation Viktor Zubkov, the Press Office of CMU reports.
During the conversation Viktor Yanukovych made a request to Viktor Zubkov concerning the attraction of Russian experts-scientists of the mining science to work in the scientific-expert commission on clearing-up the reasons of the last explosion at the Zasyadko mine.
The telephone conversation also concerned issues of gas supplies to Ukraine next year.
The interlocutors emphasized the necessity to hold a joint sitting of the Ukrainian-Russian Inter-Government Committee for summing up the results of economic cooperation in 2007.
Viktor Yanukovych congratulated Viktor Zubkov on the good result for the United Russia Party in the parliamentary election in Russia.
