OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2007. Dressers finished the execution of the yearly production program before the appointed time, having produced 1900 thousands tons of concentrated product. It is worth noticing, that such result was achieved for the first time during all working-years of the factory. Evaluating the significance of the event, the head of the grinding-concentrating factory of V.M.Rusanov industrial complex said, that it was not only the achievement of high quantitative volumes of production that pleased, but also their economical underlying basis: production costs were reduced as compared with the last year – by 3 percent in water, if last year it had been used 24-24 m3 of water to produce one ton of concentrated product, then now it was 17; by 7 percent less began to consume electricity; by 6 percent reduced the expenditure of mill spheres; by 3 percent increased the productivity of mills. Due to application of new equipment, modernisation of the old one, automation of engineering processes and application of effective control systems, the grinding-concentrating factory have been brought to a new modern level of production. Till the end of the year the dressers will have produced 160 thousands tons of concentrated product more.
