OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2007. Extraordinary general meeting JSC "TGC-10" within the framework of action on conclusion of the reorganization JSC RAO "UES of Russia", accepted decision about reorganization Society in the form of the joining to him JSC "TGC-10 Holding".

In accordance with paragraph 60 Civil Code RF and paragraph 15 Federal law "About stock companies" a creditors JSC "TGC-10", including creditors-owners  soft percent  documentary on bearer with obligatory centralize keeping bonds to series 01 (the state registration number 4-01-55090-E from 22.05.2007) has the right in writing to require pre-term  cessation or performance corresponding obligations.

The Board of directors JSC  "TGC-10" 23.11.2007  (protocol 54/07 from 26.11.2007) accepted decision about acquisition placed JSC "TGC-10" soft percent  documentary on bearer with obligatory centralize keeping bonds to series 01.

JSC "TGC-10" in accordance with operating legislation will satisfy received claims for early execution obligations on Bonds by way of the prior redemption   (acquisition) in respect of owner, being holder Bonds to date decision making about reorganization JSC  "TGC-10".
