OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2007. Caspian Oil Fleet opened a tender for the purchase of spare parts required for the repair of the ship named after Gurban Abbasov.

• Applicants can receive tender documents by contacting Marketing division of Caspian Oil Fleet located at 13 Khojali Avenue, Baku (Tel./fax: 490-20-26) and after paying $ 200 and 18 % of that amount as an income tax (all together $ 236) or the same amount in manat considering exchange rate of National Bank.

• Participation fee should be deposited to the following account of Caspian Oil Fleet

-manat account: CCS-328997-AZM-3306-01 International Bank of Azerbaijan;

-currency account: CCS-328997-USD-3316-01 International Bank of Azerbaijan; VЦEN 9900005581.

•Participation fee is not refundable.

•Equipments and repair parts is required to be delivered to the purchasing company no later than 3 months after signing a contract.

•Payment of equipments and repair parts will be made by piecemeal throughout a year.

•Applicants should submit the following documents to Caspian Oil Fleet no later than January 14, 2008:

-submission letter about participation in tender;

-information about the applicant.

Information about the applicant includes followings:

-full name of the applicant, its legal status, the country of registration and requisites;

-applicant’s bank statement of financial implications during last year (or the entire activity, in case it operates less than a year);

-information about the credibility of the applicant to execute the contract;

• Applicant should submit a signed and stamped tender offer no later than 11:00 o’clock, January 22, 2008. The tender offers submitted after deadline will be returned without consideration.

• Preferences will be given to the following criteria during evaluation of the tender offers: the prices of repair parts, specific experience (supply of vessel repair parts), and the duration of shipment.

• In addition to tender offer, applicant should submit tender offer security, 2 % of total tender price (either by transfer or by bank guarantee).

• Tender offers will be opened at the building of Caspian Oil Fleet located at the above mentioned address on January 23, 2008 at 11:00. Tender applicants and their representatives can participate in the opening procedure of envelops.
