OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2007. In Moscow the Club of Corporate Secretaries of the Independent Directors Association met in a regular session. Bank Electronika’s Corporate Secretary, Olga Strakhova, and its Deputy Treasurer, Andrei Unton, took part.

The Independent Directors Association is a professional organization that unites Russian and foreign corporate directors and other experts from various areas of corporate governance.

The session was devoted to ”The Corporate Secretary in Companies Preparing for IPOs.” As part of that discussion, corporate secretaries from PIK Group and Severstal – Maxim Plyuschev and Oleg Tsvetkov, respectively – made presentations. Among other companies represented at the session were: AND, EuroChem, CenterTelecom, IRKUT Corporation, and SOTSGORBANK.
