OREANDA-NEWS. December 3, 2007. As announced, Marketing and Operations Department of SOCAR issued a tender for the export of 600 thousand barrels of REBCO crude oil through Novorossiysk port during December 29-30, 2007. British company Arcadia Petroleum Limited won the tender.
