OREANDA-NEWS. On November 29, 2007 had taken place the session of Exchange council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), on which was considered the question about sanctions in relation to Wholesale-retail trade enterprise JSC (Almaty), which did not supply the information required by KASE in the terms set by Listing agreement, reported the press-centre of KASE.

By Exchange council of KASE was accepted the decision to give Wholesale-retail trade enterprise JSC the additional term for provision of information required by KASE with charging of forfeit, foreseen by Listing rules for abortion of terms of information provision.

Common shares KZ1C25350014 of Wholesale-retail trade enterprise JSC were included into KASE's category "B" official list.
