OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2007. Today, TBC Bank and the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) signed an agreement on financing Energy Efficiency projects in Georgia, TBC-bank's press service reported.

The EBRD is lending USD10m to TBC Bank. The facility will be used for on-lending purposes to private sector industrial entities and individuals for rational energy utilization.

TBC Bank signed two more documents with EBRD during the current month. According to them TBC Bank received syndicate loan worth USD 19m, and USD 20m to finance trade sector.

In November, TBC Bank received $49m funds from EBRD.
