OREANDA-NEWS. November 30. Acting First Deputy Director General of Rosenergoatom Concern Alexander Apkaneyev has been transferred to Atomenergoprom OJSC. Yevgeny Konkov has been appointed as Deputy Director General-Finance and Economy Director of Rosenergoatom Concern.

Konkov was born in Moscow in 1974. He has graduated Moscow State Linguistic Institute and the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation. Before coming to Rosenergoatom, Konkov was Director General of RKPF Ltd and Effectinvest CJSC. In 2007 he was appointed as advisor of the director general, then deputy finance director.

Alexander Hvalko has been appointed of Deputy Director General-Director for Sales of Rosenergoatom Concern.

A.Hvalko was born in Khabarovsk in 1964. He has graduated Saratov Economic Institute. He is candidate of economic sciences. He has worked in Saratovenergo and Mosenergoatom. In 2002 he was appointed head of the electricity export department and then deputy sales director of Rosenergoatom Concern.
