OREANDA-NEWS. November 30. JSC Zlatoust Metallurgical Plant /ZMP part of the metallurgical holding of the Group of companies ESTAR/ increased steel production by 5.8% up to 518,608 t over the 10 months of 2007 as compared to the similar period of 2006, according to the press service of the ESTAR Group of companies.

Over 10 months ZMP increased roll production by 5.3% up to 366,492 t. The average monthly steel production at JSC ZMP is over 51,000 t and roll production – 36,000 t.

In October of the current year ZMP smelted 52,000 t of steel. Roll production amounted to 37,211 t; and 35,086 t of products were shipped to consumers.
