OREANDA-NEWS. November 30. In the course of check up the issues of civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations in JSC "Tatenergo" was held the command and head quarters training with management bodies, forces and means of power engineering and light masking services (SE &O). The theme was "Actions by JSC "Tatenergo" management and its organizations during the threat and liquidation of accidents, disasters and Acts of God.

Transition of system of civil defense from peace to war state under conditions of threat of application by the opponent the mass destruction weapons". The Chairman of the Commission was М.I. Ziganshin, Deputy Manager of Major Office of MES of Russia in RT.

Commission also checked the condition of the body, stations and technical management systems, part-time rescue formations in the forces of CD SE&S. The MES commission assessed the protection of manpower of SE&S and part-time rescue formations and state of engineering, medical and biological, radiation and chemical protection, evacuation arrangement. Offices of MES of RT assessed the readiness of the 50 divisions of JSC "Tatenergo", located in municipal formations of Republic of Tatarstan.

After finishing the inspection the commission totaled that the planned issues during the command and head quarters training have been worked out in full, the goals have been reached. In total the command and head quarters training with JSC "Tatenergo" was assessed as "good". The inspection showed that in JSC "Tatenergo" grew the level of training of management, part-time rescue formations. Their competence and level of command and head quarters training were highly appreciated.

In total the activity and condition of readiness in the field of civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and provision of fire safety in JSC "Tatenergo" the MES commission assessed as "Ready to Task Implementation".
