OREANDA-NEWS. On November 28, 2007 Kapital Bank has informed on the results of its seventh additional stock float. The total volume of the 300,000 common stocks issued comprised 3 billion soums, reported the press-centre of Kapital Bank.

All of the shares with the par value of 10,000 soums have been fully placed. The date of the completion of the distribution process is 22 November 2007.

The charter capital of the bank today makes up 8 billion soums. The total number of the bank's shareholders now constitutes 60, including 47 individuals.
