For the 3rd year in a row Euromoney's 2007 survey has named Promsvyazbank among the best banks among Europe's emerging markets in the area of corporate governance, the bank's press service informed. Euromoney conducted its traditional annual survey among the financial institutions asking the respondents to evaluate the most successful and promising banks in the area of corporate governance. The survey focused on such qualities as ownership transparency and stability of the ownership structure, financial transparency, board structure and procedures, stakeholder relations and alignment of managerial interests.
