OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2007. The National Bank of Azerbaijan has registered 31.6% growth of money basis since early 2007 while the growth for October was 2.2%.

The NB reported that volume of reserve finances by November 1, 2007 rose by AZN 646.1 million since early 2007 and reached AZN 2,690.7 million versus AZN 2,632.9 million by October 1 and AZN 2,044.6 million by early 2007. If not to take into account seasonal factors, net growth of money basis this October would total 3.6% and 88.5 fold versus last October.

By November 1 of the year money basis in manats amounted AZN 2,520.5 million versus AZN 2,480.6 million by October 1 and AZN 1,599.5 million by early 2007. Since early 2007 it rose by 57.6% or AZN 920.9 million.

In accordance with exchange rate for the reported date volume of reserve finances totaled $3,168.884 million.
