OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2007. LLC EnergoStroyFinans (part of CJSC IES-EnergoStroyEngineering group of companies) has paid the 1st coupon interest on its 01 series bonds (state registration number 4-01-36256-R dated 27.04.2007), the IES-holding press service reported.

The first issue of LLC EnergoStroyFinans ruble bonds was floated on 25 May, 2007. By results of the sales, the rate of the first three semiannual bond coupons was fixed at 9.5% per annum. The volume of the issue was RUR 1.5 billion with the term of maturity and that of the offer being 4 and 1.5 years, respectively. The coupon term was set at six moths.

The issue was sponsored by KIT Finance Investment Bank and NOMOS-BANK.
