OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2007. JSCB Ukrsotsbank has granted individuals more than 44,5 thousand mortgage loans as of November 1, 2007. At the beginning of the year the number of such loans made less than 35 thousand, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

Mortgage portfolio of the bank reached UAH 8.3 billion and it makes most of the individuals’ loan portfolio.

Let us remind that Ukrsotsbank together with leading housing developers of Ukraine constantly hold promotions on crediting real estate. In addition, there is the Easy loan special offering from Ukrsotsbank on purchase of real estate on the secondary market.

Easy loan supposes calculation of reduced interests for the first two years of credit usage. At the moment, this is 11,5% per annum in the national currency and 10,5% in dollars (the first two years of credit).
