OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2007. ARMBUSINESSBANK has entered into cooperation agreement with "R&R DESIGN CONSTRUCTION" LLC for special purpose loans to acquire heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems on the following terms and conditions:

Maximum loan amount – AMD 1 200 000;
Minimum prepayment rate - 20%;
Annual interest rate - 18%;
Maximum term - 24 months.

According to the press release, in the meantime, effective from 22.11.2007 to 31.12.2007 ARMBUSINESSBANK shall proceed with a joint action together with the said Company at 0% prepayment and 0% interest rate on the following terms and conditions:

Maximum loan amount – AMD 1 000 000;
Minimum prepayment rate - 0%;
Annual rate of interest - 0%.
