OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2007. Uralsvyazinform (RTS: URSI/URSIP), leading carrier of fixed-line and mobile services in the Urals region, Russia announces invalid the tender held to assign credit and CLN arrangers, company's press service reported.

Uralsvyazinform announced invalid its tender to nominate financial organizations for conclusion of General Agreement in connection with arrangement of corporate loan and issuance of accompanying credit linked notes (CLN) in the international capital markets.

The tender has been declared invalid following the decision of tender’s winner and its closest competitor to repudiate the conclusion of the Agreement.
