OREANDA-NEWS. November 27, 2007. ACI Europe (Airports Council International – European division) has published a report on performance of 104 European airports in September 2007. According to the report Moscow Domodedovo International airport maintains the leading position among European airports of the 2nd Group, passenger traffic of which varies from 10 to 25 million passengers per year.

Domodedovo airport comes first with its 29% of growth in September 2007 (in comparison with the results of September 2006) among fast-growing airports of 2nd Group. Second position holds Berlin airport (11% of growth), third position took Vienna airport (10,7%  growth). Average growth ratio of the Group reached 7,1% in comparison with the results of September 2006 and 13,1% growth in comparison with the results of September 2005.
