Empils Presents Its Trade and Assortment Policy
OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2007. Empils distributors' conference was held for the company's partners from Russia and Middle Asia. Representatives of more than one hundred distributor companies as well as representatives of federal and national trade networks supplying Empils' products to consumers took part in the conference.
Such events are traditional for cooperation practice of Empils with its distributor network and as a rule they are held annually. The conference is aimed at provision of common information field between the company and its business partners on the paint and varnish market.
Empils' top managers showed a full-scale analytical picture of the decorative coatings markets state in different countries to their partners, drew attention to key trends that determine further ways of markets development and presented a model of assortment, trade and service policy of Empils for the season of 2008.
Next year Empils will put an emphasis in trade forces work on qualitative development of distribution and on maximum full representation of its assortment range in retail section.
Alongside with qualitative distribution provision Empils continues to improve its brand portfolio. The company's aim is to have the best competitive market offer for every consumer group. In 2007 Empils performed considerable work on creation of balanced offer for the most massive low-segment. Assortment range of Oreol and Rastsvet brands was modified. By 2008 Empils is going to create very attractive and effective offer in the middle segment, which is the most fast growing due to increase of income level and changes in consumer preferences. The company started its activities in the middle segment share increase from development and promotion of AvantGarde and EMPILS brands.
"We understand clearly that the company's representation in the middle segment first of all indicates its innovativeness and production effectiveness, its ability to play a key role on the market not only today but in the foreseeable future", — emphasized the General Manager of Empils Vyacheslav Beloborodov in his speech to distributors.
Empils will implement its trade policy in a single package with the quality system, client service development and proper actions on product support. During communication conference participants made suggestions on cooperation improvement and discussed details of new distribution contracts which will be concluded between the company and its partners for 2008.
