OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2007. Alfa Bank (Ukraine) has announced subscription for its UAH bonds of the F series, the bank's press service reports. This subscription shall be a part of the business program intended to broaden and diversify the funding basis of the bank.

The bond issue has totaled UAH290M (US$57.4 Mln) in worth and matures in five years (due on September 10, 2011). The nominal yield of the newly issued bonds is 10% p.a. and an annual buyback option is envisaged. The interest period shall be 91 days. The first portion of the interest income on the bonds shall be paid on December 17, 2007.
