OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2007. Bank Electronika has announced a change in the placement date of its second bonded debt. The Bank has carried over the placement date of its series 02 obligations from November 19 to December 12, 2007. Placement will be for 500 million rubles.

The prospectus and decision for issuing interest-bearing, documentary, non-convertible obligations payable to bearer with mandatory centralized deposit, series 02 Bank Electronika, were registered by the Moscow Main Territorial Authority of the Bank of Russia on August 3, 2007. The original date of placement had been set as November 19, 2007.
