OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2007. After reviewing market conditions, for both straight and asset backed bonds, Alfa-Bank has concluded that it will not access the international capital markets in 2007, reported the press-centre of Alfa-Bank.

Depending on the conditions in 2008, Alfa will return to the markets with a variety of straight bonds and asset backed securities.
