OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2007. Company Interros has brought forward a buyout offer for Michael Prokhorov's stake in Norilsk Nickel, Interros' press service reported.

"The offer provides for a fair market value deal and regulatory approvals to be obtained by both parties. It aims at implementing previously announced plans by Vladimir Potanin and Mikhail Prokhorov to divide up their holdings," said Andrei Klishas, Director General of Interros.
