OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2007. Joint Stock Company “Open Investments” (“JSC OPIN” or the “Company”) has entered into a contract with LLC Rosa Khutor for rendering project management services in relation to the Mountain Ski Resort Rosa Khutor (Sochi). The Company’s scope of work includes the following: providing of project management services at all stages of its development, designing the master plan, obtaining planning, zoning and building permissions, providing construction management advisory, selecting and appointing of subcontractors, providing operations management advisory. The Company’s remuneration includes project management fee and performance based compensation. In the future the Company may consider potential co-investment into resort properties.

The project is a development of a four season resort with a comprehensive package of sporting features and tourist attractions built to the best international standards. Development of winter Olympics infrastructure in Sochi creates unique combination of winter sports and beach resort.
