OREANDA-NEWS. November 21, 2007. Ten Agrarian Policy Ministry predicts growth of meat production 2.7fold and growth of milk production by 60% to 2015. This was disclosed by the Agrarian Policy Ministry's press service, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

The production growth is predetermined by a state target program of development of the Ukrainian village by 2015.

The Agrarian Policy Ministry seeks to create favorable conditions to develop the sector through priority development of large production on the basis of development of meat and milk production.

Notably, the Agrarian Policy Ministry predicts meat and milk production at 2 M. tons and 12 M. tons in 2008, respectively.

The ministry also predicts 1,9 M. tons meat production and 12,3 M. tons milk production in 2007.
