OREANDA-NEWS. On November 15, 2007 in accordance with the management order, Ms. Olga Krymova, previously holding position of Deputy Financial Manager, has been appointed Deputy General Manager and Financial Director of ROSNO, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Ms. Olga Krymova was born in 1974 in Moscow. In 1996, graduated with honours from the Economic Academy by the Government of the Russian Federation with major in Financial Management. In 1995 to 2004, worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers, starting from assistant and finally being promoted to the position of an audit manager. Was in charge for client relations, performance of audit at major Russian financial institutions, consulting on the strategic planning and risk management issues, analysis and appraisal of corporate value for M&A operations, etc.

Since 2004, has worked in ROSNO as Deputy Financial Director in charge for management of financial and economic divisions, preparation of IFRS accounts and management reports, supervision of the project for development of a uniform corporate financial system, interaction with independent auditors and shareholders on financial issues, etc.

In her new position, Ms. Olga Krymova will be in charge for general management of ROSNO’s financial operations, cash management, allocation of insurance reserves, corporate capital management and budgeting.

Previously, the position of Financial Director was held by Mr. Andrei Skvortsov, who continued his professional development outside ROSNO.
