OREANDA-NEWS. On November 20, 2007 Yuri Mashtaler has been appointed head of Locomotive Department at Russian Railways by Vladimir Yakunin, President of the Company, reported the press-centre of Russian Railways.

Prior to his appointment, Yuri Mashtaler was the deputy head of Northern Railways.
