OREANDA-NEWS. November 21, 2007. The sixth regional trade exhibition dedicated to the real estate issues was held by the Irkutsk Regional Guild of Realtors under the auspices of the Irkutsk City Administration.

Over 80 real estate and construction companies from the Eastern Siberian region took part in the exhibition. Among them were realtors, construction and insurance companies, as well as major banks. During the event, the projects of the constructed residential complexes were demonstrated, and free seminars and public advice on mortgage issues, as well as on the real estate purchases, sales and insurance were held. The companies excelling in their respective business fields, including ROSNO’s Eastern Siberian Directorate, were awarded honorary certificates.

The exhibition’s topic is important for the Irkutsk Region residents. During the working hours of the Real Estate Fair, ROSNO experts provided advice to over 300 visitors.

The quantity of advice requests made by the exhibition visitors to ROSNO experts clearly indicates that the general public’s insurance culture is notably improving. Today, customers require comprehensive service package, which should include selection of real estate, legal support, mortgage financing, and, certainly, insurance. We see the prospects of working in this direction and think that such events as the Real Estate Fair will facilitate the development of property insurance in general", comments Ms. Yelena Titova, deputy Director for Retail Sales Development in ROSNO’s Eastern Siberian Directorate.
