On November 20, 2007 Central depositary of securities JSC (Almaty) had informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on November 19, 2007 in its registration system was registered the change of registrar of next securities of KOSTANAY MINERALS JSC (Kostanay region, Zhitikara city), reported the press-centre of KASE:

- common shares KZ1C21210014;

- bonds KZ2CKY05B174 (KZASb2).

According to the message change of registrar of KOSTANAY MINERALS JSC happened because of abrogation of contract with Register-Center JSC (Almaty) and transfer for servicing to registrar Perviy nezavisimiy registrator JSC (Almaty).
