According to the press-service of Pavlogradugol OJSC, on 11/11/2007, the workers of the mine completed the yearly plan having driven 9, 200 running meters starting from the beginning of the year. The administration of Pavlogradugol OJSC has praised this achievement of the mining team by awarding a bonus. According to the collective agreement, the first three enterprises that perform the production plan ahead of schedule receive bonuses: 1st place - UAH20 thousand, 2nd place - UAH15 thousand and 3rd place - UAH10 thousand.

The labour success of Pavlogradskaya’s mining team became possible due to the professionalism of two tunnelling section workers as well as a significant improvement in the technological base at the enterprise – the press service commented. Since the beginning of the year, DTEK has invested more than UAH 21.5 m into repairs and the purchase of tunnelling equipment. In particular, in April, the road header 1GPKS was purchased for the tunnelling section Number 2 and as a result, Sergey Shuvalov’s crew was the first among the eight tunnelling crews to accomplish the yearly plan on 27/06/07.
