OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2007. Ukrsotsbank participated in Factors Chain International (FCI) Annual Meeting, held in Santiago (Chile), reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

The representative event of the world authoritative organization was attended by 306 operators of the factoring market from 53 countries.

The round table, where they have been discussing changes of exchange regulation in different countries over the 2006—2007 years, improvement of conditions and technologies of international factoring export-import clients business, know-how used for maintenance and development of international business, including international factoring, was organized within the frameworks of the Annual Meeting.

The definition of the best export-factor and import-factor on the basis of the world’s rating was held as part of the FCI Annual Meeting. Yapi Kredi Factoring, Turkish company, which is UniCredit Group member, became the winner in the Best export-factor category.

Ukrsotsbank began its work in the international factoring market in the mid  of 2005. Today, the bank serves 23 export-import projects with EUR18.5 million turnover over the 10 current months of 2007 (maintenance of more than 310  product supplies in 10 countries around the world).
