OREANDA-NEWS.November 19, 2007. The KAMAZ department of corporate financing reported that KAMAZ Inc. completed the procedure of acquisition of its own shares on October 22, 2007.

There were signed contracts of acquisition of 78 million 518 thousand equities that made up less than 10% of the authorized capital. After that, 707 million 230 thousand KAMAZ shares remained in circulation. Their principal value is 35 billion 361 million rubles.

On November 9, 2007, the KAMAZ Board of Directors approved of the report on the results of shares acquisition. It contains information for making necessary alterations in the articles of association which are connected with reduction of the authorized capital.
