The Board of directors of JSC "TGC-9" which was spent on November 2, 2007 made a decision to call extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC " TGC-9 " and defined the date of carrying out of meeting (the expiry date of reception of filled bulletins for voting) on December 7, 2007.

At the meeting the question " About approval of the contract about granting power on the wholesale market between JSC " TGC-9 ", JSC " Center of financial calculations " and Noncommercial partnership " the Manager of trading system of the wholesale market of the electric power of the Uniform power system " will be considered, which is a large transaction for JSC "TGC-9", which contains an interest ".

The board of directors also defined the date of drawing up of the list of the persons, who have right of participation in extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC " TGC-9 " - November 2, 2007.
