On November 15, 2007 ATFBank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report of offering the shares of bank dated October 24, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Issue of shares of ATFBank JSC was registered by AFS on September 7, 2006 under number A3597. Issue is divided into 35,600,000 common shares KZ1C35970017, 400,000 preferred shares KZ1P35970618 and 11,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P35970816.

According to notification of AFS as of September 7, 2007 14,996,736 common shares were not offered. Authorized capital is formed in size of KZT59,524,065,000.00.
