OREANDA-NEWS. Kryukiv Wagon (KVBZ: N/R) said in a press release that it has created a joint venture with Russian leasing operator Inpromleasing to lease freight railcars. The JV's office will be setup in Kyiv. In other news, the company announced that it will begin serial production of subway wagon undercarriages, after having received approval from Ukraine's railway monopoly Ukrzaliznytsya on November 7.
