Rosatom Personnel Reserve Management Program Was Started
OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2007. The Center has been established by Oct 8 2007 decree of the head of Rosatom, reported the press-centre of Career Management Center.
The objective of the program is to train personnel reserve for their further appointment to managerial positions at Rosatom. The pilot group comprises representatives of 19 companies.
On the first day, the participants were tested as to their knowledge of personnel management and strategic management by an automated knowledge assessment system designed by the Career Management Center and presented their individual projects.
The program will last till Nov 17. The tests will be carried out Rosatom experts.
