OREANDA-NEWS. On November 12, 2007 BUILD INVESTMENTS GROUP JSC (Astana, further - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list had informed KASE by the official letter that on November 6, 2007 was hold the prescheduled general meeting of shareholders of the company, on which the next decisions were accepted, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- to confirm protocol of Board of directors dated November 1, 2007 about including of changes to prospect of issues of company's shares and bonds and registration of them in Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations;

- to appoint Omarov A.A. as member of company's Board of directors.
