OREANDA-NEWS. On November 12, 2007 Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating the activities of regional financial center of Almaty (ARA RFCA) provided Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the copy of order of Chairman of ARA RFCA dated October 31, 2007 # # 05-02/261 (hereinafter - the Order), reported the press-centre of KASE.

In accordance with the Order acting as Development department director Nesipbayev Rakhimbek was appointed as representative of ARA RFCA in Expert council of special trade floor of regional financial center of Almaty. In case of his absence the representative of ARA RFCA in Expert council of special trade floor of regional financial center of Almaty will be the head of infrastructure support department of Development department of ARA RFCA Tayimova Olga.

By the given Order were considered as stale the orders of Chairman of ARA RFCA dated January 5, 2007 # 4 and dated July 12, 2007 # 03-02/167.
