OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2007. During January - September 2007 some 18,9 million USD direct investments was invested by foreign investors to the Kherson region economy. Investments from CIS countries numbered 0,5 million USD, which was 2,6% of general amount of investments, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

As of October 1, 2007 the sum of 120,85 million USD was invested to the region, which was 107.9 USD per capita.

The region accounts for 156 enterprises with foreign investments.
