OREANDA-NEWS. On November 12, 2007 JSC Sistema-Hals (LSE, MICEX: HALS), a leading, diversified company in the Russian and CIS real estate market, has announced the appointment of Roland Rollov as Vice President for Civil Engineering, reported the press-centre of Sistema-Hals.

Felix Evtushenkov, President of JSC Sistema-Hals, said of the new appointment: "Sistema-Hals is currently in the process of actively implementing its construction programme announced to investors at the time of the IPO and roadshows. Roland's long-standing and extensive experience of managing major construction projects both in Russia and abroad strengthens Sistema-Hals' management team and will be central to the quick and efficient completion of our construction projects."

1992 - 2004: construction manager for Hochtief in Frankfurt and Moscow
2005 - 2007: Chairman of the Board of Topfloor-Invest Bauholding, a German-Russian construction company.
